Call Center Officer
Requirements:

* Male / Female, maximum 28 years old
* Min Diploma 3 or S1 degree preferable majoring in computer,Electro & Information system (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skill
* Computer literate (MS Office and internet application)
* Able to work in shift and/or during holidays, and willing to extend working hour
* Good command in English
* Persuasive and target oriented
* Able to manage emotional restrain & capable in handling complaint with empathy
* A good team player but able to work independently
* Willing to be place at Karawaci Office

Junior Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
To maintain and operate internet services for residential and corporate customers

Requirements:

* Male 21 - 30 years old
* S1 majoring in Engineering/Computer/Informatics
* Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
* Have a good knowledge in TCP/IP, IP Routing (static and dynamic, such as OSPF and BGP) (mandatory); QOS and bandwidth management (optional).
* Preferably have a certification in CCNA
* Able to understand and speak English

Senior Network Engineer
Responsibilities:

* To maintain operation and MPLS service availability
* Identify any potential issues to support MPLS service availability
* To maintain operation and access network service availability
* Identify any potential issues to support access network service availability.

Requirements:

* Male 21 - 30 years old
* S1 majoring in Engineering/Computer/Informatics
* Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
* Have a good knowledge in TCP/IP, IP Routing (static and dynamic, such as OSPF and BGP) (mandatory); LAN switching and DOCSIS standard (optional).
* Preferably have a certification in CCNA; CCNP / CCIP (optional); SCTE Engineer certified (optional)
* Able to understand and speak English
