* Familiar & understand OTA (online Travel Agent)
RESERVATION STAFF
* Hospitality Academy Graduates
* Minimum 1 year experience in similar position, preferably in an international chain hotel
* Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent communication and analytical skills
* Good knowledge of hotel reservation process
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Computer Literate, familiar with Hotel Information System
* Familiar with opera system is advantage
