1. Quality Control Supervisor (Code : QC)
Responsibilities:
• To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Geology
• Minimum 2 - 3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as Coal Quality Control
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking
• Computer literacy
• Ready worked in remote area
2. Community & External Relation Section Head (Code : C & ER)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree in Social, Communication or law
• Having at least 7 years experience in related activities with minimum 3 year in managerial level
• Possess good leadership and managerial skills and able to perform and work as a team
• Possess good knowledge in mining safety and environmental regulation and able to deal with internal and external issues associated with mining operations
• Possess good ability to attract, develop and maintain good relationship with local communities surrounding mine area through regular visit and development projects
• Possess good ability to face and handle demonstration/road blockage by community through elegant approach to the crowd and its leaders in order to find out the issue and the root of case
• Possess strong capability to develop and maintain communication and relationship with local and regional authorities
• High integrity, dedicated and team work oriented
3. Infrastructure Project Supervisor (Code : InfraSH)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port
• Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage
• Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is prefered
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
• Be able to adapt quickly
4. Purchasing Technical Staff (Code : Pur)
Requirements:
• Male/Female, max 30 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience as Purchasing Staff
• Having good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent
• Computer Literate in using MS office
• Willing to be located in remote area
5. Port & Stockpile Supervisor (Code : Port)
Responsibilities:
• Manage all port activities consist of: weight bridges, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, thanshipment, and quality assurance
• Monitoring all operation documentations
• To ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent And the port terminal Operator
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading
• Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership
• Applicants must be willing to work in South Kalimantan
6. Safety & Environment Officer (Code : SHE)
Requirements:
- Min. D3 Safety & Environment or equivalent
- Min. 3 years experience in Coal Mining Company
- Knowledge of K3 regulation and Environmental Management
- Able to developing and implementing all necessary Safety & Environmental programs, Coordinate implementation of facilities, environmental and safety
- Able to develop the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities
- Prepare all documentations related to HSE
- Able to direct the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities
- Able to identify and to prevent the work accident before happen it in every mining activities
7. Senior Mine Plan Engineer (Code : Senior MPE)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 7 Years Experience as mine plan engineer in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Having skill
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
• Will be placed in site
8. Land Compensation Superintendent (Code : LandComp)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to do land compensation, to monitor and processing the land certificate as needed by the company, to Support and make sure that mine concession comply with regulation, as representing if there some case to the court
• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections
• Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame
• Plan, manage and control problems handling and potential issues handling related with Land acquisition plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, liaise with company s lawyer/law firm)
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Law or related field from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in land compensation and land acquisition
• Ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks
• Having good ability to negotiate and to develop relationship with local community
• Having Good knowledge of coal mining regulation and land compensation is preferably
• Ability to collect and analyze local data for problem solving tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues
9. Surveyor (Code : Survey)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation
• Preparation of plan from field survey
• Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system
• Scheduling and conducting the mine survey by using total station instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc)
Requirements:
• Minimum STM Tambang or D3 Geodetic from reputable University
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
• Ready worked in remote area
10. Production Department Head (Code : PDH)
Requirements:
• Male, max 45 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
• Minimum POM certificate
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan
