* Proposing and selection of NTS direct local contractors for SA works of each region, in cooperation with regional offices and procurement departments. Coordinating the implementtaion of prevailling PKS with landlords and building owners, in cooperation with contract management/legal department
* Preparing and monitoring the execution of site lease payment request from landlords/building owners of new acquired as well as extended sites in cooperation with Project Control, Budget Control, Finance departments

Job Requirement

* Knowledge of requiretments and processes of SA activity of site infrastructure for network roll-out

* Knowledge in commercial/contractual of site rental agreement
