Distribution Sales Manager, Security Solutions - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the marketing & sales of Bosch Security Systems CCTV/Access/Intrusion product lines in Indonesian market
* Implement sales and marketing strategies/programs for Bosch CCTV Distribution product lines together with the General Manager.
* Establish sales of Bosch CCTV Distribution network geographically according to budget
* Grow and improve the quantity and quality of the distribution network
* Prepare and implement plan to develop technical knowledge, product knowledge, as well as system design competence of distribution network.
* Prepare and implement Training, Seminars, Product Launch Programs and other necessary programs/events for the distribution network and the market (consultant and end user)
* To ensure prompt updating of product information/introduction to distribution network and the market including sales tools, brochures, data sheets, CD-ROMs, new product information, End-of-life report and other product-related information (e.g. bulletin board info)
* Liaise with Singapore/APR Marcom Support on advertising and promotional activities, commercial literatures and other marcom support.
* Communicate with APR Business Unit Managers to manage information flow from/to the distribution network.
* Gain market information and undertake market studies and communicate it with APR Business Unit Managers.
* Monitor and review complaints on product matters and communicate with APR BU Managers.
* Cooperate with APR Customer Support Manager in handling service policy and after-sales matters.
* Regular and Periodic Travelling to cities within Indonesia is required
Requirements:
* Degree in IT/Electrical/Electronics Engineering. A diploma in sales or marketing is also a pre-requisite
* At least 3-5 years experience in CCTV distribution sales function
* Relevant experience in the security and/or communication industry would be an added advantage
* Regional Sales Experience will be an added advantage
* Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory
* Basic technical knowledge, product knowledge, and also marketing & business knowledge.
* Knowledge of Java Script and Active X will be an added advantage
* Willingness to protect Bosch values and business integrity, especially the Bosch zero tolerance policy towards illegal and unethical business practices.
* Proactive, self-motivated and self-independent attitude towards assigned tasks.
* Solid technical understanding, hands-on approach in dealing with products
* Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative, ability to solve problems, result orientation.
* Natural leadership skills, firm and assertive.
* Good communication skills, open and outgoing manner
* Flexibility to travel overseas (Singapore/etc)
