Human Resources Dept. Head
(Jakarta)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience with minimum 3 years managerial experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Depth knowledge of recruitment process.
• Experience in Coal Mining Industry is a must.
• Solid experience in building HR team.
• Strong understanding about corporate HR system.
• Strong knowledge of employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge about working agreements and interpret labor contracts.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation and or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Procurement Dept. Head
(Jakarta)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience with minimum 3 years managerial experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Minimum 5 years experience in handling Supply Chain Management.
• Integrity, Good Working ethics, Good references.
• Experience in holding company.
• Good Knowledge of SAP a plus.

Quality Assurance Engineering Mgr (QAE)
(Kalimantan Selatan - Banjarmasin)

Requirements:
• Male/Female.
• Age max. 40 years old.
• Min. S1 degree in related major.
• Experience and has deep knowledge in Quality Management system such as ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000
• Experience in Coal Mining Industry is a must.
• Experience in Designing, Applying and Controlling Quality Management System.
• Min. 2 years working experience in the same position preferably in Coal Mining.
• Have strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, good leadership skill and team player with developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Will be located in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.

Management Trainee
(Jakarta)

Requirements:
• Fresh Graduate from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).

Project Controller (PC)

Requirements:
• Male, maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering, or Geology.
• Min. 3-5 years working experiences in the same position.
• Experience in Coal Mining Industry is a must.
• Experience in short term mine planning and long-term mine planning, and be able to plan, design and review short term & long term and compare with production requirement.
• Familiar with mining software (Mindscape and other Mine scheduling software).
• Trustworthy, Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and under pressures.
• Strong knowledge and experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Preferable hold POP Certification.
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan area.

Finance Dept. Head
(Jakarta)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience with minimum 5 years managerial experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in Coal Mining Industry is a must.
• General/Cost Accounting from mining and commercial environments is MANDATORY.
• ERP implementation experience (SAP) a plus.
• Good working relationship with bankers mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills.

Mine Plan Engineer (MPE)
(Jakarta / Kalimantan Selatan)

Requirements:
• Male, maximum 35 years old.
