Claim Adjuster - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

* You will be authorized to make the decision or recommendation deal with the claim process (accept or reject the claim proposal).
* Handling the claim process with high speed and accuracy to get the maximized underwriting result and customer satisfaction, is your global main job.
* You will develop working system and procedures of handling an effective and efficient claim process, doing survey claim to investigate the cause of loss and gaining data to calculate the loss. One of the other duties is to recommend and evaluate External Surveyor and Loss Adjuster, and the other subcontractor to be qualified

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable university
* Minimum of one year experience in a relevant position in Insurance based company
* Strong analytical experience in performance based, action and results oriented setting
* Proven leadership skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
* Demonstrates ability to work independently and in a team
* Excellent command in English (oral and written)

Risk Management Analyst - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

* Your challenge is to handle risk engineering management for corporate sector, correctly and punctual in order to give useful recommendation in risk closing process. You are responsible of conducting surveys upon the subject matter of insurance and report the result to underwriting staff as consideration in acceptance of the subject matter of insurance. And in the end, your task is to develop the risk survey and help branch surveyor to do risk survey of special occupation/object. You also have to give recommendation to improve standard of operation and systems those are related with risk management.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable university
* Strong analytical skills and able to finish given assignments within a given time limit
* Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Account Manager - Jakarta

Underwriter - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

* Your challenge is to assess risks, mainly for large industrial, manufacturing, heavy equipment, and oil/gas business accounts. You have to arrange insurance coverage & to propose insurance terms & conditions including risk recommendation and also negotiate and make reinsurance placement.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable university
* Experience in Underwriting and possessing an AAA-IK degree will be a plus
