Mining Operational Site Manager (MO MGR)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to overall site and production activities
• Manage both of Safety and Environment aspect in mining operations
• Manage mining operations to achieve production target of quantity, quality, and time schedule
• Manage mining operation in sustainable operations and good mining practice
• Manage budget
• Leading and managing subordinate and developing an open ethical working environment
Requirements:
• Male, 35-45 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experience at least 5 years as Mine Manager
• Expert in mine planning, production operations, coal processing, and coal quality control
• Certified at chief mining (Kepala Teknik Tambang) are preferable
2. Mining Infrastructure & Facilities Manager (INF MGR)
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the overall of infrastructure design engineering, bill of quantity and schedule
• Leading and monitoring closely the overall project construction activities
• Ensuring activities carried out in accordance to quality assurance standards
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs by minimizing hazardous exposure to personnel and environment
• Leading and managing subordinates and developing an open ethical working environment
• Manage budget
Requirements:
• Male, age 35-45 years, min bachelor Degree in Civil or mechanical Engineering from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experienced at least 5 years as a Project Manager in coal mining infrastructure development and construction or other relevant project, particularly in projects of coal hauling road, coal handling facilities and bridges
3. Mining Infrastructure & Facilities Superintendent (INF SPT)
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the overall of infrastructure design engineering, bill of quantity and schedule
• Leading and monitoring closely the overall project construction activities
• Ensuring activities carried out in accordance to quality assurance standards
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs by minimizing hazardous exposure to personnel and environment
• Leading and managing subordinates and developing an open ethical working environment
Requirements:
• Male, age 30-35 years, min bachelor Degree in Civil or mechanical Engineering from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experienced at least 5 years in coal mining infrastructure development and construction or other relevant project
4. Mining Safety, Health and Environment Superintendent (SHE SPT)
Responsibilities:
• Developing SHE management system and programs
• Coordinating and controling the implementation of SHE programs
Requirements:
• Male, 35-40 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Understands relevant Indonesian as well as international SHE standards
• Experience at least 5 years in HSE related position
5. Mine Plan Superintendent (MP SPT)
Responsibilities:
• Preparing concept of short, medium and long term of mine plan
• Controling and evaluating of mine plan
Requirements:
• Male, 30-35 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent
• Has at least 7 years of working ecperiences in coal mining companies with at least 4 years in mine planning, has excellent skills operating mining softwares such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCad, spreadsheets
• Understand relevant mining technical aspects: geotechnical, hydrology and geohydrology, mine surveying, coal quality control
• Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal – related environment regulation
6. Mining Geodetic Supervisor (GD SPV)
Responsibilities:
• Field data collection including the measurement of situation, topography, point of the drilling, land ownership boundaries, boundary of mines, limit land hoarding, cut and fill
• Data processing into a calculation of the dimension and volume (area, volume of deposit, etc)
• Monitoring of mining activities and infrastructure development
Requirements:
• Male, age 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic or Geomatic Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• 5 years experience in mining and civil projects (road, bridge, and building)
• Able to operate survey equipment including Theodolite, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, Hand Held GPS, Compass, etc
• Able to operate software and others supporting survey software D12, Surpac, AutoCad, Arc View, Map Info, GIS, etc
7. Project Control Superintendent (PC SPT)
Responsibilities:
• Make a document tender and contracts
• Provide budget project in accordance with approved design plan
• Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget and assist the project manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure project margin are met with the plan provide and review weekly and monthly costing report
• Provide forecasting report, set up monthly, yearly budget plan
• Check and review additional work / day work claim; accessories back charged
• Review project works progress and report variance cost against budget start from preparing up to final cost report
• Review materials and services quotations from supplier / vendor
Requirements:
• Male, 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic, Civil, or Mining from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• At least 5 years of working experience on project estimator and cost control
• Ready to work at HO Jakarta
8. Mining Surveyor Staff (SVY STAFF)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with survey team members on issues related land measurement within the mining area
• Collecting, mapping and analyzing measurement data of the mining area
• Determine the measurement system accurately, effeciently, effectively and safety
• Provide calculation of system and measurement
Requirements:
• Male, age 25-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Geodesy from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 5 years of working experiences in Mine surveying
• Able to operate survey equipment including Theodolite, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, Hand Held GPS, Compass, etc
• Able to operate software and others supporting survey software D12, Surpac, AutoCad, Arc View, Map Info, GIS, etc
9. Tax Superintendent (TAX SPT)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all taxation matters
• Ensuring the accuracy of tax report
• Support and prepare document for external audit
• Establish good relationship with external tax parties to enhance corporation in both the tax and regulatory information in tax reporting
• Leading and managing subordinates and developing an open ethical working environment
Requirements:
• Male or Female, age 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Tax from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• At least 7 years of working experience in similar position
• Certified of Brevet A and B
• Expert in taxation matters, for example PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 26, PPh 29, PPN pasal 4 ayat 2, etc
10. HR & GS Staff (HRGS)
Responsibilities:
• Executing recruitment process, conducting employment test and interview
• Maintaining recruitment data, training and other HR functions such as leave administration, employee personal data, etc
• Coordinating with other departments on hiring process
Requirements:
• Male, age 25-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years in of working experiences in similar position
