Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and control community development plan and its implementation activities at mining sites based on government regulations, including land acquisition, etc

• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections

2. Collaborate with other Engineer Dept to coordinate programs of geotechnical, geological data acquisition, analysis and mapping.

A. Mine Manager
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of mining engineering
- Min. 10 Years experience in mining industry
- Able to make a work plan, annual budget and production analysis
- Posses POU Certificate

B. Mine Planning & Development Superintendent
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of mining engineering or geology
- Min 5 years experience in mining industry
- Capable of using minescape software
- Posses POM certificate

C. Production Superintendent
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of mining engineering
- Min 5 years experience in mining industry
- Capable of using minescape software
- Posses POM certificate

D. Processing Superintendent
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of mechanical engineering
- Min 5 years experience in coal processing plant

E. Civil Engineer
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of civil engineering
- Min. 5 years experience in road and bridge construction

F.Mechanical Engineer
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of mechanical engineering
- Min 5 years experience in crushing plant installation

G. Mine Engineer
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of mining engineering
- Fresh graduated 2 years experience in mining industry
- Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
- Capable of using minescape software

H. Mine Geologist
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of geology
- Fresh graduate 2 years experience in mining industry
- Able to make exploration & development program
- Understand of coal quality

I. Geotech Engineer
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of geology or civil engineering
- Fresh graduate 2 years experience in mining industry

J. Geodetic Engineer
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of geodetic
- Fresh graduate 2 years experience in mining industry
- Able to measure volume, cut & fill progress, topographic mapping
- Capable of using geodetic software

K. Pit Supervisor
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of mining, geology or civil
- Fresh graduate 2 years experience in mining industry
- Able to supervise mining process

L. Enviro Supervisor
Qualification:
- S1 from faculty of biology or agriculture
- Min. 2 years experience in mining industry

M. Safety Supervisor
Qualification:
- S1/D3 any major
- Min 3 years experience in mining safety
- Good understanding about K3 procedure
- Posses POM certificate

REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing in be placed in South Kalimantan
