PT. Vietmindo Energitama is an Indonesian company having an anthracite coal concession in Vietnam. We have commenced our production since 1997 and exported our product to many countries such as Japan, Korea, ASEAN, India, Europe and other parts of the world. To support our growth, we urgently require proficient and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

1. GENERAL MANAGER OPERATION
Responsible for the entire aspects of mining operation, from mine planning, production, processing, hauling and shipping. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in the same position with a reputable coal mining company or mining contractor. He also must posses strong managerial and leadership skills to effectively and efficiently carry out his tasks.

2. MINING ENGINEER
Responsible for short and long term mine planning and scheduling including coal reserve estimation, mine design, pit drainage planning, stockpile and waste dump design, reclamation and equipment analysis.

3. MINING PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsible for achieving the coal production target by Implementing the company s mine planning and scheduling as well as monitoring the performance of mining contractor on a daily basis.

4. MINING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsible for assisting production manager including during the night shift to achieve the production target as well as to perform good mining practices.

5. PROJECT MANAGER
Responsible for maintaining and developing physical infrastructure such as road, bridge, drainage, dam, building and many others, He must posses a Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering and have at leant 5 years of experience In a reputable mining or general contractor company.

6. HAULING SUPERVISOR
Responsible for transporting coal from the mine site to barge loading port and supervising the performance of hauling contractor on a daily basis,

7. CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsible for maintaining good relationship with the authorities and stakeholders as well an to make all necessary preparation for the company s future expansion plans including but not limited to license, permit and other legal document.

General requirements:
a. Must have good command In English, both oral and written.
b. Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work as part of team, high integrity and positive attitude.
c. Must have 3-5 years of directly related experience in each field
d. Must be willing to stay at the mine site in Vietnam.

Requirements:

* Having strong leadership, Dynamic, & energetic

* Willing to be based in Kalimantan (KLN), Sumatra (SMA) and other enterprise operational areas, including the Middle East (LNA)

Production Manager for Trailer Manufacturing Division
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)

Responsibilities:

* Create production schedule and follow up the schedule until delivery
* Develop a Standard Operational Procedure for the whole production process
* Oversee maintenance of workshop equipments,
* Conduct safety and production meetings weekly.
* Maintain strict adherence to corporate policies and procedures
* Generate monthly Production report to General Manager
* Achieve cost efficiency throughout whole production process

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years experience in Ironworking workshop
* Graduate with a minimum of 3.0 GPA Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
* Knowledge in using Autocad or SAP is a plus
* Work Location : Medan, North Sumatra
