SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
• Able to generate sales from new leads and prospects
• Explore new market and expand to new customers
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients and suppliers
• Sale of the Group products and cross-selling
• Focus on meeting customers project requirements and maximize sales opportunities
• Participate in tenders, projects

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma 3 graduates in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering
• 2 or more years of industrial sales experience in the oil & gas, shipbuilding or related industries
• Resources and competent in achieving KPI
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build good rapport with customers
• Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with the ability to thrive under pressure

SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
• Installation of base plates, wellheads and hangers
• Christmas Trees (XMTs) installations
• Pro-active troubleshooter and high integrity with HSE and company guideline matters
• Valve repair and maintenance
• Participation in company and client HSE programs
• Report writing and able to work with client in all service matters

Requirements:
• Possession of a Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Requires prior working experience in an offshore and/ or machinery environment
• Competency in written and spoken English is must
• Must be independent while also being able to work in teams
• Responsible, reliable and results-driven with high awareness of HSE aspects
• Having experience with casing companies, wireline services, cementing companies are highly sought-after. As well as having machine shop experience and working with mechanical tolerance is preferable

The Service Engineer, based in Jakarta will report to the Regional Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
• lnstall, startup and repair of injection molding systems
• Working from blueprints and schematics, the Technician must be able to troubleshoot complete hydraulic, electric and mechanical components of injection molding equipment
• Regularly reporting in written and verbal form to the Regional Service Manager.

Person:
• A good understanding of programming and prior experience on troubleshooting of programmable Logic controllers is required
• Min. 4 years of hands-on experience in similar field is a must
• A demonstrated skill in using Microsoft software is expected
• Min Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• A licensed mechanical / electrical engineer preferred
• Must be able to read and write in English.
