EXPLORATION & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsible for the technical department you will lead a small team of geophysicists, geologists and reservoir engineering staff in undertaking the companies technical work programme.

Candidates should have managerial experience, hands on technical capabilities including familiarity with industry standard G&G software, a degree in Geoscience or other relevant subject, a minimum of 15 years experience of which at least five years should be with an Operator.

GEOPHYSICIST

Capable of undertaking detailed 2D/3D seismic interpretation, risk and uncertainty analysis, volumetric estimation well planning and participation in meetings with BPMIGAS and partners.

A Bachelor s degree in Geophysical Science, or other relevant subject, 9 years industry experience, good understanding of subsurface tools, interpretation techniques and depth conversion and seismic acquisition and processing knowledge.

GEOLOGIST

Will undertake production and development geology for a producing field. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Science, at least 9 years experience, a solid technical background Including a good understanding of structural geology, familiarly with advanced geo-science software and data management.

DRILLING MANAGER

Will include manage all aspects of drilling and workover operations.

A degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, 10 years’ experience In Drilling Operations, of which a minimum of 3 years must have been in a Senior Supervisor capacity are a requirement for this position.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Will take a proactive approach to optimize production, resources and minimize production losses based on sound engineering practises and procedures.

10 years of petroleum engineering experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant subject are requirements for this position.

ACCOUNTANTS
based in Jambi and Jakarta

Duties will include general accounting such as invoice processing and payments, monthly balance sheet reconciliations and the input of data.

EXPLORATION MANAGER (Reference - MEL11-01)

The ideal candidate should hold an S1 level degree, or higher, in geology or geophysics and have a minimum of 20 years experience in the Indonesian oil and gas industry. A period of overseas working is desirable but not essential. The candidate should have some demonstrated experience, ranging from basic to a detailed working knowledge, in the following areas: seismic interpretation, seismic attribute analysis, log interpretation, resource & risk assessment, play fairway analysis, petroleum systems modelling, prospect generation, and POD preparation.

The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English and be computer literate, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs, as well as a working knowledge of the more commonly used G&G programs.

SENIOR GEOLOGIST (Reference - MEL11 - 02)

The ideal candidate should hold an S1 level degree, or higher, in geology and have a minimum of 10 years experience in the Indonesian oil and gas industry. Some overseas experience would be beneficial but not essential. Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Technical (S-1).
• Having at least 10 (ten) years working experience in drilling with 5 (five) years in similar job.
• Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident Investigation skills, knowledge of most common HSE tools and skills.
• Strong in creating, enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility.
• Good personal skills and ability to interact with all level within the organization Including the clients and key suppliers.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Strong computer and English literacy.
• Have experiences in mining company will be an advantage.

8. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PROD-SPV)

Requirements:
1. Max 40 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
5. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
6. Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures
7. Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
10. Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities
11. Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department

9. LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT (LOG)

Requirements:
1. Maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in logistic field from mining or heavy equipment industry with minimum 3 (three) years experience in managerial level
3. Minimum Bachelor degree from related field, preferably form faculty of management, engineering or transportation
4. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
5. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
6. Posses good knowledge about supply chain management
7. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
8. Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
9. Experience in dealing, negotiating and managing third party logistic and distribution providers

10. LABORATORY & QUALITY CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT (LAB)

Requirements:
1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Chemistry
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience from laboratory in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities
5. Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
6. Familiar wit SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
7. Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
