1.Supervisor - Lifting Equipment Maintenance (747140)

• Minimum Senior / Technical High School
• Having more than 2 years experiences as Lead Hand Mechanic/Trade Specialist/Mechanical Inspector
• Familiar with lifting equipment maintenance and its operation
• Have understanding and interpret maintenance manuals
• Able to produce reports, industry best practice and standards, Thiess values and TMS – desirable

2. Senior Supervisor - Mechanic (743319)

• Preferred Senior High School/Technical School or Technical Engineer with minimum 7 years experience mechanical repair and supervision in the Mining Industry
• Have experience on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebher equipment
• Have knowledge of welding procedures
• Able to communicate well and has good organization skill, basic computer skills in word and excel, be able to make budgets and plan work tasks also be able to supervise subordinate
• Excellent English communication skill both in verbal and written.

3. Mechanic Supervisors(670928)

• Minimum Senior High School or Mechanical Engineer or 5 years apprentice program
• Minimum of 3 years field experience in large mining or construction industry in similar role
• Supervision skill
• Familiar with OEM products in Heavy Equipments: Excavators, Dump Trucks, Dozers, Motor Graders, IR Drill machine
• Required to demonstrate good management and communication skills

4. Chief Security (745554)

• Have minimum Senior High School with Security Training Certificates (Management/Investigation)
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
• Has strong leadership, computer literacy, excellent English communication, cooperative, pro-active, open & honest communication.

5.Senior Supervisor - Coal Hauling(745551)

• Have a minimum Senior High School is preferred with minimum of 5 years professional experiences as Mining Supervisor in large open cut mining operation
• Posses POP (PengawasOperasionalPertama) certification at Mine and Energy Department
• Strong Leadership skill, mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Have ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, and OHS&E supervision
• Be able to operate computer and good communication skills in English
• Willing to work in remote area; long hours work; frequent on call; frequent travel.

6. Senior Supervisor - Contract Supply(746708)

• Have relevant tertiary degree in Economic, Business, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering with minimum 4 year experiences in procurement / contract area
• Highly motivated, service oriented and good teamwork; proficient in presentation / communication skills and fluent in English - spoken and written

General Qualification:

• Good in communication in both written and spoken English
• Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills, team player
• Good in computer

All position will be based in Kalimantan except position # 6 for allocation in Jakarta office.
