Production Engineering Staff - Cikampek

Responsibilities:

* To Support line manufacturing such as : Quality problem, Equipment problem, Set up procedure and improve current process
* To keep good quality result such as : Body accuracy control, OG accuracy, Metal fitting accuracy, Spot welding quality
* To be able to control cost in MFG and make improvement for it
* To be able to set up new procedure and its preparation for new process
* To be able to understand all equipment for body assembling
* To be able to do cost reduction activity in Body shop

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Preferably fresh graduate (maximal 1 year experience, preferable from electronic industry)
* Single, 23-25 years old.
* Understand automotive parts
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
* Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
* Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job

Maintenance Supervisor - Cikampek
Responsibilities:

* Understand PLC Control and Programming
* Understand utilities and general maintenance
* Understand spare part management
* Understand preventive maintenance plan
* Understand painting & hemming robot (advantages)
* Understand CMMS systems

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor degree major in Electrical Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Working experience Min. 1 year using plant CMMS, predictive maintenance and understand PLC (plant maintenance)
* Has experience with Fanuc / Kawasaki Robot is a plus
* Able to operate PLC and electrical installation
* Male, 20 - 28 years old
* Fluent in English is a must
* Able to manage large 24hr plant operation

Buyer Staff - Cikampek
Responsibilities:

* To do cost feasibility study for localization project
* To do control localization project with related function
* To do negotiation skill with vendor
* To conduct cost reduction activity for localization project and current model with consider quality, cost, delivery, development and method

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Has 1-2 years experience in the same related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
* Single, age maximum 26 years old
* Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
* Has high analysis skill and can work under pressure
* Has good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative
* Has organization experience

PLANT & MAINTENACE SUPERVISOR

• Diploma Degree of Mechanical Engineering
• Must have at least 3 years experience in the same position
• Having deep knowledge and skill with Hydraulic Excavator, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Drills, MULTIFLO Pump
• Ability to understand service manuals (CAT, Komatsu, Cummins engines and hydraulic systems)
• Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization
• Must possess strong managerial and leadership skills to effectively and efficiently carry out his tasks
• Willing to be placed in site area with rotation schedule

MINE PLAN ENGINEER

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree of Mine Engineering or Geology
• Must have at least 2 years working experience
• Having good knowledge and experience in long-term mine planning
• Having knowledge using software such as Minescape/ Surpac/ Autocad
• Preferably having good communication in English
• Willing to hard working with high initiatives and drive to learn more
• Able to work individually or within team
• Willing to be placed in site area with rotation schedule

SECRETARY

• Female, Single, max 30 years
• Min Bachelor Degree
• Have min 2 years experience in same field
• Could operate Ms Office
• Possess initiative and ability to follow through as well as good communication skill
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
• Able to meet dateline and can work under pressure
• Able to join immediately
• Willing to be placed in site area with rotation schedule

SURVEYOR

• SMK Survey Pemetaan education or equivalent
• Must have at least 2 years experience in the same position
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
• Have strong team player and target oriented
• Willing to be placed in site area with rotation schedule

MECHANIC HE (A2B)

• SMK Mesin education or equivalent
• Must have at least 2 years experience in the same position
• Good knowledge maintenance and repair heavy equipments (Dozer, Grader, Excavator and Heavy Trucks)
• Experience in repair, overhaul, preventive maintenance and electrical
• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465/785 up, CAT 777A / D, EX 2500/1200, PC 1250, D 375, G14/16
• BMC License preferred
• Willing to be placed in site area with rotation schedule
