PT. Borneo Alam Semesta(PT BAS), a company that is engaged in Coal Mining Contractors in the rapidly growing, with a work area in South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. As a growing company, the management of PT BAS requires a reliable information system for planning and operation of the resources owned by PT BAS.PT Bas is seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:
Plant Cost Control Supervisor (Code : PCC)
- Compile of Plant cost budget planning from all site.
- Distribute Plant cost budget to budget holder.
- Analyze and make comparison between budget, actual expense, plant revenue and actual revenue.
- To be able to control, fedback and correction cost in Plant base on COA and expense element and make improvement for it.
- Coordinate all members in budget achievement activity.
- Interface with executive and operating management to communicate and analyze results of operations.
- Report profitability by department/product line.
- Review administrative procedure periodically and participate in system revisions.
- Prepare cost/benefit schedules of all types to include breakeven analysis, Return on investment, pro-forma income statement forecasting.
- Participate in computer upgrades and conversions where needed.
- Responsible for Plant Asset Management System related with asset new record and maitaint, asset Movement, asset refunction, asset disposal, etc.
- Compliance with ERP System.
Requirements :
The successful applicant must be a degreed Accountant or Mechanical, minimum of (3) years experience in mining / heavy equipment industry and able to work effectively with executive and operating personnel. A strong cost and budget background is helpful.

3. Senior Surveyor ( Code : SS)
• S1 degree Mining
• Minimum 3 years experience as mining surveyor /mine planner
• Surpac software skills

4. Warehouse Officer ( Code : WH)
• D3 Mechanical or Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering
• Min. 8 years experiences in Logistics & warehouse, preferably from Mining industry
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Good reporting system
• Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented
• Ready worked in remote area
5. Industrial Relations Specialist ( Code : IR )
• S1 degree law
• Have knowledge of Industrial Relations practices, Labor Law, and government regulation
• Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relation in the Labor Court;
• Strong leadership skills and good team work.
