Recruitment Senior Staff & PGA Senior Staff

PLACEMENT : MEDAN, SURABAYA, BANDUNG, JAKARTA

The objective of this position is more for conducting the Recruitment process to placement for the company to get a qualified employees with the skills, abilities and competencies in supporting the company vision and mission. In addition of other PGA duties.

Qualifications:

* Male, Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from Psychology with min. GPA 3.00 scale 4.00 (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
* Having experience as personnel staff for consumer goods company is more advantage.
* Able to manage personnel & General Affair matters
* Able to work with managers to facilitate individual employee's training & development
* Able to communicate in English & Computer literate
* Preferably having driving license (SIM A)
* Shall be self motivated, honest, highly dedicated, initiative, good health, good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality and cooperative with the team.
