The task of empowerment is done through the provision of financing services and management services, as part of the implementation of government strategies to promote UMKMK, in particular a contribution to the real sector, in order to support the growth of new entrepreneurs who have business prospects and are able to create jobs.
PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), or "PNM", was established as the implementation of Decree XVI MPR/1998 and in Government Regulation No.38/1999 dated May 29, 1999, with authorized capital of Rp1, 2 billion and paid up capital of Rp300 billion. A few months later, through the Minister of Finance No. Kep. KMK 487 017 dated 15 October 1999, as the implementation of law No.23 of 1999, PNM was appointed one of the SOE Coordinator for distributing and managing 12 schemes of Credit program.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Job Description:
The Mechanical Engineer will:
• Provide day to day guidance to the power generation team and processing management
• Ensure optimal operation of the coal & diesel fired power stations
• Coordinate all aspects of performance monitoring from daily to a monthly basis
• Coordinate and manage all significant mechanical projects on site
• Investigate and complete formal failure analysis reports on all mechanical failures for fixed plant
• Assist with the development of preventive through out site
• Provide technical assistance to any electrical maintenance activities as requested.
Requirement
General:
• Electrical engineering degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar roles within the power industry
• Experience in mechanical engineering power generation.
Desirable:
• Project management capabilities, experience in cost engineering and highly developed communication & influencing skills
• Experience in co-generation from coal fired power & diesel fired power

Job Description:
The DRAFTER will:
• Implement and promote site HSE Standards
• Support projects with providing engineering design drawings including detail drawings, shop drawings and material take off for new installation and modification work based on site practice and instruction from his/her direct supervision
• Support technical services engineering work for specification compliances to IMK standard of construction work
• Manage schedule for project drawings with related to base line master schedule of the project in order to meet the target date of completion
• Perform roles of administration for documentation control over drawings, catalogues and technical data both in hardcopy and softcopy for project works including developing forms and standard procedures with related to issuing drawings for internal and external use.
Requirement
General:
• Qualified drafter with strong civil work background
• Proficient with updated Autocad software 2D/3D for civil, mechanical & electrical power installation work
• Minimum 4 years experience in construction work (mining and oil/gas)
